Dempsey
I was refered to Dempsey beleive it or not by a realtor friend of mine located in the Grand Rapids area,who after interviewing several local agents felt that he was knowledgeable of the area and most important of all was honest.Since I was in a wheelchair and had moved to a newer home,I needed someone who would handle all of the selling activities for my condo in Dearborn plus take good physcial care of my property until it was sold.I am happy to report that Dempsey did all of this and more.He handled the repairs for the city inspection,kept the interior clean for showings,and as an added bonus trimmed the hedges and weeds around the front entryway.
As a result of his efforts my condo was the first one sold in my complex while others that were listed before mine are left still unsold. I would recommend Dempsey to any buyer or seller without reservation for his professionalism ,knowledge of the marketplace,and quite simply just a nice person to do business with.
